參賽資格
每隊6-12人，每隊至少有3名男隊員及3名女隊員，並需年滿15歲或以上(2007年12月26日或以前出生)。
體重限制
男子- 80kg 以下
女子- 70kg 以下
注意事項⚠️
1.報名日期：2022年12月1日至12月16日。
2.必須自行組成隊伍，以及每人各自填寫一份報名表，並清楚填寫隊伍名稱及領隊資料，報名一經確認後，將於入圍後聯絡各領隊商討比賽事項。
3.入選名單將於2022年12月18日 17:00於社交媒體公佈。
4.領隊線上會議日期：12日21日 19:00-20:00。
5.過磅日期為比賽當日上午，詳情將於領隊會議公佈。

Participating Team Quotas
6 teams
Participating Team eligibility
Form a group of 6-12 members, including 3 male and 3 female team members, and aged over 15 or above（Born on or before 26/12/2007）.
Participating Criteria
Male: Below 80kg
Female: Below 70kg
Notice⚠️
1. Registration Date: 1st December to 16th December
2. You are required to form your own team. Each team member has to fill their own registration form, clearly state the team name and team leader’s information. Once registration is confirmed, we will contact each team leader for more competition details.
3. Shortlisted teams will be posted on our social media platform by 17:00 on 18thDecember.
4. Team manager online meeting: 21st December 19:00 – 20:00.
5. Weighing time will be in the morning of competition. Details will be announced in team manager meeting later.
