香港卡巴迪體育聯會派出男子和女子隊伍，代表中國香港赴英國出戰由World Kabaddi主辦的「2025卡巴迪世界盃」，女子隊榮獲季軍，首次為香港卡巴迪拿下國際獎項，而男子隊則於8強止步。
感謝主辦方的邀請和接待；感謝各地區的隊伍，讓我們能一較高下之餘，也能感受大家對卡巴迪運動的熱愛。感謝康文署資助運動員培訓，亦感激所有親身和觀看直播的觀眾，期望日後在香港有更多人參與卡巴迪，和我們一起走更遠。
Hong Kong Kabaddi Sport Union sent men’s and women’s teams to represent Hong Kong, China, to compete in the “Kabaddi World Cup 2025” held in the UK, organized by World Kabaddi. The women’s team won the third place, marking the first time Hong Kong Kabaddi has earned an international award, while the men’s team reached the quarterfinals.
Thanks to the organizers for their invitation and hospitality; thanks to the teams from various regions, allowing us to compete while also experiencing everyone’s passion for Kabaddi. Thanks to the Leisure and Cultural Services Department for funding athlete training, and gratitude to all the spectators who attended in person or watched the live broadcast. We hope that in the future, more people in Hong Kong will participate in Kabaddi and join us on this journey further.
